All City Kids & Check in Staff to arrive by 8:30 (no later than 8:45) to get materials ready and to finish setting up. All Staff to meet in Foyer at 9AM for Connect Team Huddle and Prayer

First time guests -
NEW FAMILIES - Hand out City Kids Letter to each NEW FAMILY
As new families are checked in all NEW KIDS will receive a CITY KIDS VIP Lanyard. This is an indicator for you as teachers to treat the children extra special. Have the class welcome them once you begin class, give them extra high-fives and remind them to bring their lanyard to the Connect Table in the Foyer after service for their FREE GIFT!

City Kids Check-In - We would like to start scheduling two People each week. One for check in and the other to run kids to class if needed.
Please make sure children are being checked in to the appropriate class.
City Kids Elementary is Kindergarten - 5th Grade
City Kids Preschool is Ages 2 - 5. No babies under the age of 2. No EXCEPTIONS. We are not set up to handle babies safely.

NO PARENTS IN CLASSROOMS! If they are a new family then we will have a staff member walk them in and show them around for their first visit. This is for the safety of everyone.

During CHECK OUT: Please start sitting in back rows that we have in the back when scheduled so that when Travis asks the team to come up you can quietly exit the sanctuary and assist with Check out procedures. We need one person standing at each door to the theater who will then call the children up by name Via walkie talkie.
City Kids Check-in staff must verify the label the parent has with the label on the child to make sure it matches before releasing the child to the parent.

City Kids Staff - Teachers and Assistants
We need you to try and get here by 8:30am, 8:45 at the latest
We need help finishing the set up. The set-up team is only bringing in the heavy things. You will need to gather supplies and get your crafts, snacks and anything else needed for your lessons. Make sure you are prepared and supplies are out. 

•For preschool room. 
Top area. This is strictly for 2/3 year olds. We can’t take on on any younger kids for safety reasons. 
They will have a coloring sheet to work on and a small lesson. There are songs to play while they play. Remote is on the back of the TV. There will be a small snack time. Once done, put up.
